Standings by Student Report
Purpose: This report was created to show how students are currently performing in a reporting category or standard as well as show a summary of historical progress.
Steps
1. Select the "Standings by Students" link under the "Reports" tab on the main page.
2. Select the appropriate search fields. School, Subject, Grade, and Reporting Category must have a selection. Core Standard and Teacher are optional fields to help narrow focus. once you have selected the desired field select the "Run Report" button.
3. The report has three main sections.
Averages for comparison.

Summary of data over time.

Current data broken down by Student, Classroom, or Teacher performance.
Averages
Building Average - this is the current average of the building based on the parameters of your search. You will notice that the building average will likely mirror the percentage information on the column headers for Student Performance.


District Average - This shows the current district average including all schools based on the parameters of the search.

District Average (excluded) - This shows the current district average excluding the school selected in the "School" dropdown and based on the parameters of the search.

Building Average (last year) - This shows the building average for the previous year based on the parameters of the search.

District Average (last year) - This shows last years district average including all schools based on the parameters of the search.
Summary of Data over time
Growth over the Year - This section of the report shows the monthly progress based on the parameter of the search.

Current Data
This section is broken into three parts.
Student performance - This section of the report groups students into columns based on proficiency level. Each column is then organized from highest score to lowest score. The scores shown are based on the parameter of the search.

The students raw score is indicated to the right of the classroom and teacher name as well as the number of assessments that were used to determine the score.

Each header has a question mark that has a hover that indicates cut scores for each column.

Classroom Performance - This section of the report gives a summary of scores by course. The scores shown are based on the parameter of the search.
Each row indicates classroom, teacher, and the number of students from that class that have achieved the proficiency indicated by the column headed.

Teacher Performance - This section of the report gives a summary of scores by teacher. This section of the report may look similar to the Classroom Performance section if all teachers in the building only have one class. The scores shown are based on the parameter of the search.

Each row indicates teacher name and the number of students from that class that have achieved the proficiency indicated by the column headed.
