Class Performance Report
Class Performance Report
Purpose: This report is designed to show you how a class is performing at a glance.
Steps
1. Select Number 8 on the teacher menu "Class Performance"

2. From the "Class Performance" page select the class you would like to view in the report. The class you select will determine what subject is being shown on the report.
3. The top of the report has a large bar that fills based on what percentage of the possible standards assessed. For example, if there is a possibility of 10 standards to be assessed and you have a class of 10 students there is a possibility of 100 points of assessment. If the entire class has been assessed on 5 standards that means that 10 students have been assessed on 5 standards, 50 assessment points. This would leave the assessment bar %50 full.

4. Each column header is category type. The header will be outlined in blue until all of the standards in the category type have been assessed then the box for the header will turn solid blue.

5. Each white card represents a reporting category. The header of the card will be the name of the reporting category and the standards on the card will be the standards that are assessed in that reporting category.

6. The color of the outline of each standard card will indicate the proficiency level of a majority of the class. The possible colors are Grey, Green, Yellow, and Red.

7. Each standard box has numbers in a colored circle. This number indicates the number of students who are at that specific proficiency level. In the example below 7 students are red in the standard RF.K.2.a. If the standard has not yet been assessed there will be text in place of the circles indicating "No Students Assessed"

8. If you select a blue underlined standard you will be taken to a report of how your class is performing on this standard as well as all of the assessments that were used to find this grade and all possible district assessments.
