Class Standard Proficiency
Class Standard Proficiency
Purpose: This report is designed to show student proficiency for a specifci standard as well as all assessments a class has taken that contribute to this score and all possible assessments.
Steps
1. To navigate to this report you have to go to the Class Performance report then select the standard you would like to view for your entire class by selectin the blue underlined standard. More information about the Class Performance report can be found HERE.
2. Once you have selected the standard you will be taken to the report page. If you have navigated here accidentally you can select the "Back to Class Performance" Link
3. All districts assessments that have a question with the standard selected in them but have not been graded can be found in the top right corner of the page. To enter scores for one of these assessment just select the "Score" link and you will be taken to the bulk edit page for this assessment.
4. If you would like to edit the scores of an assessment that was previously given, you can select the pencil on the header next to that assessment.
5. To navigate to a students detail page select the students name from the report.
6. If you would like to change the date range for the assessment you are viewing you can add dates in the "Grades from" boxes. This will allow you to see any assessments given on this particular standard in this date range. Please remember that not all students may have been assessed on the same date. The date assessed is considered when using this filter.
7. Some access levels have the ability to download a list of assessments using the Download detail button. More information about this feature can be found HERE.
